<li><strong>Social media takes away the “hard sell” and turns it into “making connections”</strong></li>

<li><strong>Social media makes it ok to be yourself</strong></li>
<li><strong>Social media jobs will be created such as social media managers and social media executive administrators in 2010.</strong></li>
