Business Planning? Who needs to plan? The answer to that question is EVERYONE! We have all heard the age old adage that states,

“If you do not know where you are going, then how will you know when you get there?”

The truth is that you do not! I just spent the last eight hours planning for my next quarter with my team of six. We are planning for our 4th Quarter and looking to make it the best of the year! Like all business, planning is not easy, but it is a lot easier than the execution and that is a fact.
