James J. Malski is the founder and president of Next Level Strategies, Inc., an ActionCOACH licensed business coaching firm. He is an international speaker, trainer and award winning business coach. Jim re-educates entrepreneurs and executives on how to profitably grow their businesses through the guided implementation of customized financial and business development practices to create and increase tangible business wealth.

Jim began his career 30 years ago as a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Fulfilling a desire to learn how to grow and build businesses, in 1984, at age 26, Jim left PricewaterhouseCoopers to start-up a commercial passenger airline that he grew into the fourth largest national airline in the United States generating over $200 million in annual sales before being purchased by American Airlines in the mid-1990’s. Since 1984, Jim has bought and sold 16 businesses; and currently is an owner/investor in 3 successful businesses. During his career, Jim has held a number of senior management positions, including president, COO, CFO, and controller in a number of industries including transportation, professional services, retail, information technology and consulting services.

Since 2001, Jim has successfully coached over 1,700 entrepreneurs on how to profitably grow their companies with proven financial and business development practices through his seminars, workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring programs. His areas of expertise include:

Josh draws upon an extensive, varied and successful 25-year career to provide effective business coaching for the owners of small and midsize businesses. As an international executive at Fortune 10 Altria Group, he created programs that netted more than $600 million and mentored scores of employees who have gone on to highly successful careers. At Altria, Josh’s work focused on B2B brand building, bringing him into direct contact with thousands of small business owners through their trade associations. Later as an independent consultant he developed and implemented a number of creative corporate issues-management and brand-building campaigns. He has consulted for the automotive, finance, casual dining, pharmaceutical, beer, distilled spirits, food and tobacco industries. As a business strategist and certified business coach, he has helped to strengthen and dramatically improve the performance of a wide variety of businesses.
