The Sounding Board is specifically designed for small to medium sized business owners and each event is designed so that you maximize your potential, build your business, build your network, build your profit and build your knowledge.

Being a Sounding Board member means you also get to attend FREE business building workshops that teach you how to work on your business rather than in it and help you avoid the common pitfalls most business owners make.

Here’s how this new program helps you build your business:

Skilled coaching. Each Sounding Board consists of a maximum of 10 members whose businesses are not competitive. Once you join a Sounding Board, you lock out competitors so each member can be completely candid. Each monthly workshop is lead by a Certified ActionCOACH Business Coach, covering such essential business-building skills as how to:

• Find more prospects and convert more to customers • Attract, motivate and retain a winning team

• Turn customers into repeat customers • Measure and manage your company’s performance

• Create and implement a business plan to reach your goals • Build a business that runs successfully without your constant involvement

Power Team networking. Work with other Sounding Board members to develop new, more effective networking skills and generate more and better leads using Power Team principles.

Strong referral program. Sounding Board members are encouraged to provide a certain number of referrals for each other and there is a prize for the member who refers the most.

Mutual support. Sounding Board participants serve as a kind of unofficial board of directors for each other’s businesses. Other members may be able to help you solve a problem because they’ve already done so. They may be able to recommend good suppliers and professionals and warn you of ones to avoid. And they may be able to steer qualified employees your way.

Free planning workshops. At no extra cost, Sounding Board participants are included in the full-day ActionCOACH GrowthCLUB 90-day planning program to ensure that you have an airtight business plan that will help you achieve your goals for the quarter and ultimately the year.
